By accessing the Sovereign Empire Terminal, you acknowledge the absolute authority of the system protocols and the Founder's operational guidelines. Access is a privilege, not a right, and can be revoked by the AQUIS Watchdog at any moment for breach of conduct.
2. DDoS Protection & Cyber-Warfare
The terminal is protected by active counter-measures. Any attempt to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, SQL injection, or unauthorized neural probing will result in immediate IP blacklisting and reporting to relevant cyber-security authorities under the DPDP Act 2026 enforcement framework.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All visual assets, codebases, glassmorphism UI patterns, and the "Sovereign Empire" brand are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or "cloning" of the terminal interface is strictly prohibited.
4. AI Orchestration Liability
The AI Butler and departmental agents provide high-level orchestration based on Global Five-Star Hospitality Standards. While we strive for Sovereign-Grade precision, the terminal is not liable for delays in third-party logistics or marketplace fulfillment beyond the escrow split protocols.
